Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Manage, schedule, and evaluate production team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and QC to maintain smooth material flow.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement in the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in manufacturing.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and production planning.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts.
